Saudi Cultural Attestation Procedure
- Step 1: Respective State Department of Higher Education (HRD only) Authentication;
- Step 2: Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India;
- Step 3: Saudi Culture Degree Attestation from Saudi Cultural Attaché;
- Step 4: Legalization from Saudi Embassy/Consulate in India;
- Step 5: Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi.
Formalities Required for Degree Attestation for Saudi Arabia
- The applicant necessarily should hold a contract letter from Saudi Arabia government or from private sectors in Saudi Arabia or from the University that he has got the admission in that particular Saudi University;
- The contract letter from a private sector must be attested by Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia;
- The applicant should have a valid passport;

Before submission to Cultural Attaché Office, the applicant’s degree should be attested by:
- Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), Government of India or Department of Higher Education of the respective state;
- Ministry of External Affairs(MEA), Government of India;
- Embassy of his / her country in India (for foreigners).
- The Applicant’s agency should submit a letter from the concerned university stating that the applicant’s degree is authentic.
- Foreigners should produce all Passport and Visa copies issued to them during their stay in India (For foreigners only).
- Certificates for Cultural Attestation are received only through any approved agency by Cultural Attaché Office i.e. Superb Enterprises (P) Ltd.
- Attestation is done on Original & Final Degrees only. Mark Sheets / Transcript of Marks, Provisional Certificates, Marriage or Experience Certificates or any distance learning certificates are not attested by the Saudi Cultural Attaché.
Documents Required for Saudi Embassy Degree Attestation
- Original Degree Certificate with HRD Attestation;
- Final year Original Mark Sheet or Consolidated Mark Sheet;
- Offer Letter or Contract letter in Original and should be duly attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce (COC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Saudi Arabia not more than six months old.;
- Visa/E-Wakala Copy;
- Passport Copy (First, Last & Visa pages);
- 2 Recent Passport size Color Photographs (with white background, size 4x6 cm);
- Active Contact Number of the applicant;
- Verification Letter of the Certificate, from the issuing University;
Documents Required for Saudi cultural Attestation, New Delhi for those already working in Saudi Arabia
- Original Degree Certificate with HRD Attestation;
- Final year Original Mark Sheet or Consolidated Mark Sheet;
- Passport Copy (First, Last & Visa pages);
- Iqama(Residence Permit)- color copy for those who are already on Job in Saudi;
- One fresh letter wherein the applicant’s experience details and a valid Iqama must be mentioned with company Reference No. and date. Both the letters attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce (COC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Saudi Arabia not more than six months old;
